Former member of SFLGFB in the 90's (tuba and drum major). Moved to DC in 2000, joined DCDD (tuba and drum major, again). Left in 2005 because of increasing work demands, but have kept in touch, as I am a lifelong band geek! These days I am retired due to serious health issues. I cannot consistently attend rehearsals, so I cannot play in my dear local band, but I *can* attend virtual rehearsals and conferences. Returned to my *original* instrument, alto sax, for this conference. Great to "see" so many old friends!
