I am euphonium player with the Columbus Pride Bands, and I double on tuba and bass clarinet on occasion. My husband and I met through the band, and were just married in September 2022. I have been performing in bands nonstop since the day I first picked up a trumpet in fifth grade. Yeah… I said trumpet, wah wah… just kidding, love y’all! Later, I switched to low brass by picking up trombone and tuba/sousaphone. After playing sousaphone through high school marching band and in college with the Bowling Green State University Falcon Marching Band, I decided to try out for marching euphonium - yes, we marched with the upright and forward bell facing euphoniums! Fun times! I am the Marketing chair for the 2024 conference! Can’t wait to bring everyone to the Buckeye state!
